USTelecom Congratulates Rep. Boucher in New Role as Chair of House Telecom Subcommittee
Background: Today Rep. Rick Boucher (D-VA) announced that he is switching chairmanships with Rep. Ed Markey (D-MA) and he will become Chairman of the Communications, Technology and the Internet Subcommittee.
