For decades, the Federal Trade Commission has played an important role protecting consumers and competition. With the FCC’s recent action to end the brief regulation of internet service providers under Title II, the FTC will once again use its legal, economic, and technological expertise to address anticompetitive, unfair, or deceptive acts across the internet.
