USTelecom is delighted to welcome Hawley Stanton to its legislative team as Manager of Government Affairs. She joins USTelecom from the office of Rep. Bob Latta (R-OH), who serves as chair of the House Energy & Commerce’s Subcommittee on Digital Commerce and Consumer Protection.
“Hawley has been a rising star on Capitol Hill and we’re thrilled that she’s joined the USTelecom team as we focus on working with Congress to advance modern broadband policies and help close the digital divide,” said USTelecom Senior Vice President of Government Affairs Galen Roehl.
A native of Rancho Santa Margarita, California, Stanton received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Sociology from California State University in Fullerton. She’s been a volunteer with Ronald McDonald House Charities since Sept. 2011. She joined Congressman Latta’s office in 2014.
