Today, the House Homeland Security Committee marked up and approved H.R. 1731, the National Cybersecurity Protection Advancement Act of 2015, to enhance multi-directional sharing of information related to cybersecurity risks while strengthening privacy and civil liberties. The bill is scheduled to be considered on the House floor next week together with H.R. 1560, the Protecting Cyber Networks Act, which was approved by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on March 26th.
