WASHINGTON, DC – USTelecom | The Broadband Association, a leading association of connectivity providers and innovators, today announced the appointment of Michael Pauls, Jr. as Senior Director, Government Affairs.
“Michael is another talented addition to USTelecom’s government affairs team with experience across Congress, the White House and national political campaigns and will help advance our connectivity agenda in the year ahead,” said USTelecom President and CEO Jonathan Spalter.

Michael Pauls, Jr. joins USTelecom from the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) where he served as a legislative affairs and communications confidential assistant. Earlier, he worked as an organizer in the Biden 2020 campaign and a legislative aide to Congressman Donald Norcross (D-NJ). He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park.
