Background: The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit today upheld three FCC orders to accelerate the deployment of wireless and wireline broadband infrastructure.
“The Ninth Circuit decision affirmed the FCC’s common sense reforms to expedite broadband infrastructure and increase connectivity. Too often network innovators bump into red tape and outdated rules that make broadband deployment slow, inefficient or impossible. The best way to bring superfast 5G and next generation technologies to more consumers is through smart infrastructure policies that support the extension of wired communications networks to every corner of the country.”
