WASHINGTON, DC – USTelecom | The Broadband Association announced James Marrow’s appointment as communications manager today.
Marrow joins USTelecom from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office, where he served as creative director working as the official photographer, videographer, and branding strategist. Earlier, he was a communications assistant to Representative Don Beyer of Virginia.
